Jason joined the CIS national office in March 2019 and brings over 12 years of experience in a broad range of leadership roles in IT project, infrastructure, and helpdesk management. Throughout his tenure, Jason has held several different technology positions at CIS and in October 2022, was entrusted to lead the Technology Office as the Vice President of Technology.

Jason is the driving force behind the organization's technological evolution and innovation, while leading his team to optimize operational efficiencies in the areas of infrastructure, system development, security, applications, helpdesk, strategy, training, and IT policy. With a deep understanding of emerging technologies and market trends, he defines and delivers the company's technology roadmap by identifying opportunities for growth and innovation by overseeing the implementation of business solutions while driving adoption to maximize our investments. Deeply committed to fostering a culture of cross-functional collaboration, Jason believes in empowering teams with skills to drive efficiencies in their work to achieve impactful results. 

Jason is originally from Northern England and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in IT & Communications from Lancaster University. He now lives in Alexandria, VA with his wife, daughter, and dog. His passions outside of CIS include travel, supporting his favorite English football team Liverpool, and spending time with family.
