Afterwards, applicants are reviewed and if it's determined you may be a good match, a talent acquisition professional will contact you to schedule the screening process. However, if you are not contacted within 30 days, we appreciate your interest and encourage you to continue viewing our website for other opportunities as they become available.

How do I prepare for a screening call or interview?

Help us get to know you by sharing how your prior experience and successes have prepared you for the role you're pursuing at CIS National. Review the job description and our website to increase your knowledge. Be prepared to share a couple of examples that demonstrate your strengths; show your curiosity by asking questions; and because all interactions are by phone or Zoom, be sure to project a confident demeanor. It's always a good idea to be well rested and properly hydrated to help ensure a lively conversation!
